VedicVision is a brand owned and operated by S R Traders. All services, consultations, bookings, and transactions made through this website are managed under the administration of S R Traders.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

VedicVision provides personalized Vedic astrology consultations, including but not limited to:

Horoscope Reading
Muhurata Consultation
Career Guidance
Relationship Guidance
Match Making
Birth Time Rectification

All consultations are intended to provide guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology and should not be considered guaranteed predictions or outcomes.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including birth details and contact information. Incorrect information may affect the quality and accuracy of the consultation.

All payments are securely processed through our approved payment partners.

4. Consultation Policy

All consultations are conducted online unless otherwise specified.
Consultation duration depends on the selected service.
Clients are requested to join the session on time.
If a client joins late, the consultation may be shortened without extending the scheduled time.
Consultation recordings will not be provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate:

Date of Birth
Time of Birth
Place of Birth

The accuracy of astrological analysis depends largely on the correctness of the information provided.

6. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted.

Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled by contacting our support team.

Cancellation requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for rescheduling or refund (subject to review).
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are generally not eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a No-Show, and the booking will be treated as completed.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of astrology consultations, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Payment successfully completed but consultation could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
Consultation cancelled by VedicVision or S R Traders and no alternative appointment is offered.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, and if approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Once a consultation has been completed, no refund request will be accepted.

9. Disclaimer

Astrological consultations are intended solely for personal guidance and self-development.

Clients are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the consultation.
